Themed Uniforms

We arrive up to 90 minutes before service starts, and take 1 hour to break down.

We handle it alllll, from hauling coolers to cleaning up the sticky stuff.

She’s portable, photogenic, and made of real wood.

Optional full-bar lighting adds glow after dark, and you can decorate the top with curated accessories to match your theme (disco balls, seashells, flowers, etc).

The front face is magnetic, so we can swap in custom covers like florals, mirror panels, turf, superhero prints, disco sparkles, or something made just for your event.

This is when you get to hand-select your decor, our uniforms, and any other extra goodies you want for your event!

We’ll keep in regular contact leading up to the event

The day of the event, we’ll show up, meet up with you or your event planner for the booze, set up the bar and decor, and begin bribing greeting your guests with liquid courage so everyone will stop being awkward and mingle already.

Wish You Were Here is a mobile bar designed for dreamers, doers, and detail-oriented perfectionists who want their guests to leave with more than just a buzz.

We can refer you to other mobile bars that I LOVE (we got our own little community ova here). But all this customization is kinda our thing. 

We can serve shots IF you want us to, and we do it responsibly. We limit 3 shots per person per night. If you would like to participate in a round of shots during the event, please let us know in advance.

We aren’t licensed for it. Limits liability. Yada yada yada. This is standard for mobile bar services— it’s called a dry hire!

But we give you a custom shopping list based on your guest count, taste, and vibe.

Absolutely. We believe fun doesn’t require alcohol.
